Evenflo is committed to the safety and satisfaction of your family, offering a 30-day return window for products purchased directly from our website in their original, unused condition. Please note that for safety reasons, items must be returned in their original packaging with all labels and registration cards intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to the outside of your package.

  Pack and Ship

  Place the unused product in its original box with all manuals and accessories included, then drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned item to ensure it meets our safety standards, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
